Income Matters Today this week caught up with Jill Carey Hall, senior U.S. equity strategist at BofA Global Research. She’s also head of U.S. small and mid-cap strategy at that firm. Our discussion focused on dividends of all different stripes. Among other things, Hall maintains that small-cap stocks, which can get overlooked by investors focused on very large companies, can offer some attractive dividends. She also sees dividends benefitting whenever the Federal Reserve starts to cut rates, making these stocks more attractive versus bonds.
